Directorate of Higher Education (DHE) Government of Odisha, Bhubaneswar issued Advertisement for appointment for the post of junior lecturers (+2) and lecturers (college branch) (+3) in various disciplines of junior colleges and degree colleges of odisha respectively under the higher education department. Age Relaxation : 5 years for candidates belonging to the categories of SC / ST / SEBC / Women and eligible Ex-servicemen. The upper age-limit prescribed above is relaxable by 10 years for candidates belonging to Physically challenged category, whose disability should not be less than 40%.
Educational Qualifications :
Junior Lecturers - Master's Degree in the concerned subject from a recognized University with at least 55% marks (50% marks for SC/ST Candidates, extra 5% of marks conjunction for PWD Candidates) in aggregate OR its equivalent grade. b) Provided that candidates belonging to the SC and ST shall possess a Master's Degree in the concerned subject from a recognized University with at least 50% of marks in aggregate or its equivalent grade.
Lecturers - Master's Degree in the concerned subject from a recognized University with at least 55% of marks (50% marks for SC/ST Candidates, extra 5% of marks conjunction for PWD Candidates) in aggregate or its equivalent grade. National Eligibility Test (NET) shall remain the compulsory requirement for appointment as Lecturer for those with post-graduate degree, but, the candidates having Ph.D. degree shall be exempted from NET requirement.
How To Apply : Application on the prescribed format. The duly filled in application form must be accompanied with the self-attested photo copies of other required documents reach to "The Director, Directorate of Higher Education, Odisha, Heads of Department Building , Bhubaneswar, Dist-Khurda, Odisha" only by Speed Post/ Registered Post so as to reach on or before 30/11/2013 by 5 pm.
